Refunds for Students

In-app purchase refunds are processed by Apple and Google and cannot be guaranteed. Should you require a refund, please review the following:

For iOS devices: If you have made an in-app purchase from the App Store refunds must be requested directly from Apple. Flipd Inc. is not responsible for providing refunds on in-app purchases made on iOS devices, and refunds provided from Apple cannot be guaranteed by Flipd Inc. Steps to request a refund can be found at this link.

For Android devices: Send an email to with a reason for your refund request, your name, the email address on the Flipd account, and your order number, which can be found on your Google Play receipt. A refund can only be provided with the order number and is not guaranteed.
