Please review the following to troubleshoot:

  1. Login will not work if you have entered your email address on one device and have followed the login link from another.
  2. The login link will not work if opened from a laptop browser instead of your smart device or phone.
  3. You must click the login link sent to the most recent email address entered into your Flipd Login.
  4. The login link expires after 30 minutes; after which time it will no longer work.
  5. Our email landed in a spam folder or was blocked by your email client and you are not receiving the login link.

Please resolve any of the above issues and login with your email again. If you continue having trouble, we kindly recommend logging in through Facebook or Google alternatively.
